I've been experimenting with some protein shake recipes and I was inspired to share from a recent success story.
Valarie mentioned that she was a big peanut butter fan. Me too! I can't get enough of it.
White Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup Protein Shake:
Here's the recipe:
1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 packet Truvia
1 level tablespoon of PB2 (powdered peanut butter)
1 scoop French Vanilla Designer Whey Protein powder
Shake or blend until desired consistency and enjoy.
Here's the stats:
Serving size is a bit over 8oz
153 calories
12.5g carbs
21.5g protein
2.5g sugar
5g fiber

Delicious shake recipe, and I know this because I make the same one! I also add a few tablespoons of non fat, plain greek yogurt and blend with ice and a little water.

I'd rather substitute the white chocolate with dark one tho, preferably one that has a really high coca content! You can check up why here
