What do you know about green tea?
Is it really a fat-burner as well as it rasies your metablosim?
I've read quite few stuff about it, and some articles talks about it's beauty and others just say how it's slightly helpful.
What do you think?
For me..I've been drinking it for about 3 months, and since then I found it's done me some good, like I never really gained a huge amount of weight ,despite poor diet back then. Somedays I used to eat whatever I wanted and never gained weight.
Although that's yet changed.
I just read that...I forgot what I exactly read, but something about when you lose weight, your body just goes back up to the old weight, for balance. I didn't get that part, anyone has an idea?
It'sreally tough for non over weight people to lose weight, and maintain their weight, right?
weight is just NEVER balanced. Like today morning, I was 49.0.
Now it's like 7 30 pm, and it's bounced to what? 49.9! A whole KG. Could be water weight, bathroom...and so on, but it's frustrating. Is it like this the rest of you, or just me?! It's really frustrating. You see, I'm crazy about weight, and I don't know why.
I check weight at least 3 times a day. I can't seem to let myself go from this bad habit. although these scales are not accurate, and the accurate one, which I see weight in. is in the university, and I go every other 2-4 weeks to the dietition lady in our university to check weight and . I can only hope I lost some BF. Cause I really just want to!
And I have a Q, is possible to lose body fat, and just gain it all the way in one week? Cause of poor diet? but not EXTREME POOR diet, just some slight sugary sort of thing.
I'm a mess!
I have an appointment with her this Thursday.
God help me. I haven't seen body fat in around a month and a week.

green tea is good...i should have it but i don't...aim for 3 - 6 cps a day if you can...if you lose wt too quickly and stop doing the right things your wt will go back to where it was and more...wt fluctuates during the day don't worry...weigh yourself no regular than every 2 weeks, you won't notice any difference everyday...yoyu can't have a lot of at 49kgs anyway...if you do build some more muscle don't skimp on calories...losing is long term so think like that
the thing is i do have a lot of body fat, im in the end of its healthiness. 29.5%...and in age, which is 17...that is not healthy at all, but it doesnt show that im that fat, myfat is stored in hips only! Its frustrating. and hard to get rid of, but i did get rid of some...i hav about 3 cups now..i think its enough for me...
Anyways i didnt get what you said in the end about calories and muscle...did u meanthat i shouldnt care how much calories im taking in cause im building muscles?
