Hello.
I am , 25, looking to lose body fat.
I wake up, eat a banana and a protein shake.
Then 30 min later, I do weight training for 30~40 minutes.
Right after that, I go running for another 30-40 minutes.
Then I eat breakfast.
question is, what should I eat after this "morning weight->cardio workout" session for efficient results? (also, when? right after running?)
main goal for the next few months is fat loss, so for lunch I only eat a little bit of carbs, then for dinner I eat no carbs.
Should I cut out carbs from the breakfast too?
Also, if there is something better to eat before the morning workout, please let me know.
Thank you in advance.

Hi DMZ good to talk to you.
Keep the carbs and also the pre-workout nutrition is fine.
There are plenty of options after a workout like a sandwich with trimmings and maybe a carton of juice, or something as basic as chocolate milk, or you could go home and have something like eggs on toast and a small portion of nuts or flax seeds as another example, so you've got options certainly.
I would suggest with the carbs having around 30g per meal as an upper limit and not dropping below 20g as a lower limit, as the body still needs carbs, so don't be afraid to have some.
