I have been working up and down. There have been personal issues that have broken the training and other stuff.
But now I have been working out hard for almost 4 months and i see results and it feels great again! There will be no more pauses unless i will die from exercising!
problem/question is..
According to me i have kind of big hips.. and I know that the fat on the hips and is hardest to get rid of but i have got good results a lot of it have been erased!
But i still wonder if figure is constructed that way.. If body is formed like a ****ing hourglass and I'm doomed to look like it..
Because a guy without big hips and who is not ripped can still go out in the sun without a shirt and have no shame. I have muscles and would look good without a shirt if hips where gone.. They are destroying life.
I would really like some good tips and professional answers here..

If you know a body that would be similar to mine when I get ripped please put it up on this thread and give me some tips on how i can get rid of this hourglass form!
I already know I can workout the lower back more to get more of a V-shape but I feel like I have small ribs.. Can i work that part out more?
