So why I came here is obvious because I need help...I'm 19 years old.. i weight 158.4 lbs ( 72 kg ) and height is like..5ft 10 inch (180 cm ). main problem here is stomach...I'm happy with the rest of body parts but I just can't get ''along with stomach ''


Probably the main reason for this would be because I still have some fat over muscles on stomach.. I've been doing mostly cardio stuff ( running for an hour + some cardio exercises ).. I lost some weight but it seems it actually won't help me. I switched now to:
- > mountain climbers, push ups,plank, crunches ( I know they don't help with losing fat or stuff, but np )..and that's what I've been doing for past week. Idk if results will be showing or not, we'll see.

I've been searching a bit on forums and found this exercise ( by Boss Man ):
Squats, 2 sets, 10 reps
Lunges, 2 sets, 10 reps
Good Mornings, 2 sets, 10 reps
Bent over Rows, 2 sets, 10 reps
Pull-ups, 2 sets, 10 reps
Shrugs, 2 sets, 10 reps
Planks 30 seconds.
it looks nice but main problem here is that I need weights for the most of exercises on the list which I don't have and at place where I live there're no gyms

So I wanted to ask is if current exercises are ok or I should change them ( if yes, any suggestions ? )
