Hi the best way to start losing weight is to do cardio 3x a week for 30 to 45mins . Mix it up with some sit-ups and push-ups and pull-ups to preserve lean body mass, so that the majority of weight lost is from fat. You also need to stick to a well balanced diet no junk food. Lastly keep your self motivated and be patient.
