Hi,
I am looking at starting "clen." I do crossfit 6 nights a week and work out for half an hour every morning and also go for a mild walk for half an hour on lunch break. I work extremely hard to reach goals however I found I have reached a point where I am no longer seeing results from hard work and dedication. I eat extremely clean and workout extremely hard. I am wanting to try Clen to give me a bit of help as it is quite disheartening when I am working butt off but feel stuck at a point where I can't seem to move forward anymore and see the results I want. I have been told it is not reccomended to take clen while doing HIIT training such as crossfit, but I was wondering if there is anyway I could still take it and how dangerous it would be. I am also wondering if it is ok for women to take it?
Thanks.

hi Zoe, it's nice to speak with you
.
Clenbuterol is an extremely hardcore product. Yes females can use it, but it's not reccomendable I feel, as it could cause some tough side effects and can negatively affect the heart, thyroid and blood pathways.
I would suggest looking a little more closely at your diet and exercise.
What does your training look like at the moment and how does your food intake pan out on a daily basis, I.E. meal times and choices?

Re: CLEN & FAT LOSS
Thanks for the quick reply.
So basically day to day routine is:
20-30min HIIT training in the morning - for example- run 500mtrs/ 20 kb swings/ 20 burpees x 5
then a 30 min walk at lunch time - appx 2kms
then crossfit in the evenings- where the WOD always varies.
and I always do a 10 min ab workout before bed and 10 mins of yoga.
Food I usually eat simlar daily:
1/2 grape fruit & oats with orgainc protein powder, chia seeds, blueberries & goji berries and sometimes some eggs whites
2 hours later for snack I will have: 1 peice of fruit and around 8 almonds
lunch- steamed veg with some form of protein- usually a small amount of grilled chicken breat or beef or salmon
afternoon snack - celery and carrot sticks
Dinner - same as lunch
Drinks- around 6 cups of green tea and 3-4 ltrs of water with lemon.
and that's usually pretty similar daily. - I will usually have on cheat meal per week or 2 weeks.
Is there anything you notice that I could be doing wrong?
I thought routine was pretty good and would be quite efficient with fat loss - which it was at the start..but now I seem to be getting no where so that's why I was looking at Clen for a bit of help!
Thanks again .

Hi!
How long have you been following the same workout routine? Cross fit is hard core

Re: CLEN & FAT LOSS
I have been doing this routine for about 5 months.
I love crossfit- it pushes me to be absolute limits

Re: CLEN & FAT LOSS
I'd keep the crossfit and ditch the other stuff, because you're training 4 times a day if I'm reading it right and it's too much I feel.
You could actually be burning muscle potentially and then you'll be hindering your fat loss potential, as 1lb of added muscle burns an extra 45-50 calories a day, but conversely the opposite would occur if you have less muscle.
If you keep the crossfit to 5 days a week, then you can have two rest days which you could split, I:E days 4 and 7 off and the others doing crossfit, because you don't want to overtax the muscles doing crossfit, as that could be counterproductive too.
Your nutrition looks a bit light on the calories.
I'd keep the eggs in your breakfast and add the protein powder to the snack instead, which could include double the number of almonds as well.
I'd add some protein powder into the afternoon snack as well, as the extra daily protein will help preserve muscle and hopefully help you get more strength progression out of the crossfit.
So I'd ditch the walk, ditch the HIIT and ditch the abs stuff, as you should get some indrect abs work from some of the crossfit moves anyway, then just keep the yoga at night if you like, which you could do everyday, remembering to keep crossfit to the 5 days days a week.
