Chest Fat

Post by mossman »

Hello, I have a bit of chest fat I'd like to burn off and some days it is more noticeable than others. For example, I'm happy with the appearance of chest after a workout but as I cool down it gets flabby again. chest is also tight when I go running or when swimming. I wish there was a way to get this look all the time (other than the obvious solution which is to build chest muscle and decrease body fat). I'm wondering what is going on here. After exercise and while running, perhaps the reason is because of the increased blood flow causing chest muscles to expand and look tighter, and during swimming maybe its the cold water tightening up skin. Does this make sense?

Does it look like man boobs, as it could be diet or it coudl be training related.

Some people could do things like flat and decline benchc pressing and then get a bit too much pectoral weight in the chest, pulling the pecs down a bit and making the pecs look a little droopy, or as if there was some sort of gynocomastia.

So if that was the reason, it would be a case of adding inclines as well or just switch the declines for inclines, which in the latter case means you might lose a small amount of muscle off the lower pec, but gain on the upper pec, giving you a more lifted appearance to the pecs.

The pecs would look better after a workout if pumped, yes maybe, but what you describe might be training related as I say, but other than that it could be diet related.

The only other possibilities I can think of if it's a bit of gyno, is you're using some kind of body cream that's a bit oestrogenic, or you're getting it because of some kind of prohormone, or similar kind of chemically made product consumption.
