New guy looking for advice
Hello all, name is Jose I'm from Oklahoma. I have recently ballooned up to 300 plus pounds and now that I am out of school for summer entire goal is to try and drop some weight. For a month now I have been walking every week night and resting on the weekend. I have managed to cover 5-6 miles a night with little problem. It takes me about 22 min to walk a mile and just over 2hours to walk all 6. I also just started going back to the pool and swiming laps atleast 4 times a week. I am currently swimming 850 yards in 45 min. Even though I am obese I have always been very active. problem is I dont know what foods I should eat to power body and what times I should eat them. If anyone could give me any advice to help me attain goals I would really appreciate it. thank you

The first thing I would say is is to try splitting up the exercise a bit more, so it could look like this.
Day 1. Exercise
Day 2. Exercise
Day 3. Exercise
Day 4. Day off
Day 5. Exercise
Day 6. Exercise
Day 7. Day off
This would make for better rest, as you're training 5 days straight, then having 2 days off potentially eating into progress, as the body could start adapting to the 2 off days a little and may take you ever so slightly below the level of fitness you'd gained for 5 days, which if so would mean you'd have to exercise to the point where your fitness was, before you could go past that point if that makes any sense.
What foods do you eat and what times do you eat them?
