This training schedule is one I've posted beofre now abd it's the kind of thing you could do.
It's all bodyweighted as I think you're a bit too young at 13 ot be doing weights.
Squats, 2 sets, 10 reps
Lunges, 2 sets, 10 reps
Good Mornings, 2 sets, 10 reps
Bent over Rows, 2 sets, 10 reps
Pull-ups, 2 sets, 10 reps
Shrugs, 2 sets, 10 reps
Planks 30 seconds.
You could also do cardio as well if you want, for around 30 minutes a time, if so your bodyweight workouts and cardio schedule could look something like this.
Day 1. Bodyweight
Day 2. Cardio
Day 3. Bodyweight
Day 4. Day off
Day 5. Cardio
Day 6. Bodyweight
Day 7. Day off.
This prevents you doing 5 days straight and 2 days of nothing, which might take the edge off progress potential, so the 5 split days should be better for you in terms of progress and recovery.
As for the diet what foods do you eat and what times do you eat? If you could tell us that in a list form, so we know if you have breakfats when it is and what it is and write it all down like that, as some people just tell us a lod of foods they eat and times, so we don't know what foods are eaten at what times.
So If you can list your eating into some kind of schedule it would be great, thanks

What I meant was, how do the foods you say you eat, actually fit into your daily schedule?
I don't know for example when you say you eat fruits and vegetables, when you do that, so I can't understand properly whether you eat enough times a day and if you do, are you eating enough with each meal.
If you could could tell me the meals you eat and what foods you eat with those meals, that would be great.
Thanks

Re: How to lose fat on stomach, butt and thighs???
The last one might have more merit as the first two are basically just stretching stuff, so you could try that one a couple of times a week, but it doesn't have much lower body stuff that I can see apart from some of the stretching in it and the kickboxing moves with the legs, so it might be as well, to supplement the workout with some lower body stuff.
You might find adding in the lower body stuff might work and then take out the kickboxing stuff and do that a couple of times a week as a separate workout.

Re: How to lose fat on stomach, butt and thighs???
I'm graduating college this year at 254 pounds, even though I'm only 5' 2". greatest weight gain hit me hardest in these last few years, and I've been battling depression ever since. On top of it all, I've been dealing with high blood pressure, lots of joint pain, and chronic respiratory distress, including sleep apnea. The full impact of condition didn't really hit me until fiancé had to start waking me up every night so I could start breathing again. It was frightening for both of us.
I had to get healthy, but because I refuse to do surgery I started walking every single day and totally changed diet. Lots of green, leafy veggies and lean meats, and no more processed carbs. I won't lie, it has not been easy, but it has to happen. After the first 5 weeks and losing 33 pounds I started to feel like I could really do it.
After lots and lots of research, I eventually added pure supplements to help boost efforts. The best natural supplements I found for the money were Pure Green Coffee Bean Extract and Garcinia Cambogia Complex, both from Vivisani Labs (best price I found was on Amazon here http://amzn.to/1wid6J6" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; http://amzn.to/SdJY5L" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;. They don’t add calcium to the Garcinia so it maintains its fat burning capabilities and appetite suppression, and they both help increase natural energy levels so I can get day started and boost metabolism. I don’t have nearly the cravings to binge or even snack anymore.
Adding the above supplements help me lose another 38 pounds over the course of a few weeks. I’m feeling really psyched now and I’ve stepped up exercise routine. I’m now walking several miles a day. I still have another 53 pounds to reach target weight of 130 pounds and I feel like I can actually get there! This has become such a dream come true.

Try searching for something I wrote recently about Garcinea Cambogea on here and see if that changes your mind at all or not
.
I'm not trying to dissuade you from using it, but sometimes these things can have a too good to be true aspect

Re: How to lose fat on stomach, butt and thighs???
Not really no. just proper eating and exercise like you're probably doing already could help, but you can't really target that one area.

So true, unfortunately there is no such thing as spot reducing when losing weight.Boss Man wrote:Not really no. just proper eating and exercise like you're probably doing already could help, but you can't really target that one area.
