Lose Weight, but Not Mass?

Post by Ctal72 »

Hello folks, new guy here. As I stated, I am looking for some help here in regards to losing weight, but not mass. I am a stout guy, around 6'5'' and 280 pounds. In the last three months I have lost 90 pounds. I want to lose another 30 pounds, but it seems as I have hit a weight loss wall. I can not get under the 280 mark. I work out between 5-6 days a week, and do a low-to-no carb, under 1800 calorie diet. I also take some supplements. Razordrol(Prohormone), A-Test(Test booster), and Vaporizer(main dietary supplement).

question, what do you think I need to do to lose the rest of the weight? workouts involve 45-60 minutes of weight lifting, and 20-30 minutes of cardio. I don't know if the prohormone stack is hurting me or if it is just going to be tough to lose the next 30 pounds. I also do not follow any particular workout/diet. I just do the basics in the gym, along with count calories, and total fat. So if anyone thinks a certain workout/diet plan would work for me, please let me know.

Any suggestions would be much appreciated. Thanks, and have a good day.

Firstyly, none of those things will help you.

Fat Burner are tripe and nobody can prove they ever worked for them and many are based on crap science. They're either useless or dangerous to the point where like Hydroxycut Hardcore was, lethal to some people.

Prohormones can cause baldness, liver damage and hair loss, but I suspect you may already be aware of that.

Test booster isn't the answer either.

Are you taking these because you see yourself as a slightly overweight bodybuilder, or just overweight in general and what is the reason for trying to get to 250lbs, because unless you were a big hormone or steroid using bodybuilder, you'd be overweight at 250lbs and your diet suggests you're not eating to get huge, unless you trimming down for a bodybuilding contest, which I don't think you are.

I need to get more of a handle on your circumstances as it's not exactly clear what you're trying to achieve.

Sounds to me like you are actually undereating. Someone of your size needs a lot more than 1800 calories/day. Especially with as much exercise as you're getting. I'm a couple inches shorter than you, and nearly 100lbs less, and eat 2500/day along with workouts, and I lose weight.

This may sound weird, but try eating more for a week or two and see what happens. I would go so far as to add about 1000 calories/day to your diet. Don't be afraid to experiment a little. As your body changes, your diets and workouts will need to change as well.

Ive used hydroxycut many times I usually just order it from walmart.com
http://www.walmart.com/search/search-ng ... nstraint=0" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Its a lot more affordable then in the stores or a lot of other products I have tried in the past, Obviously you have to change your diet and put in time at the gym but I loved the added energy it gave me during workouts and It actually helped me loose 12-15 pounds in just a couple weeks. I would highly recommend
