Few tips needed
Hi all! I'm Gary. I'm 19 and I'm in the British Army. I was obese in early teenage years and had to lose 4 stone to be at a standard to join the Army. I'd say at the moment I'm at an average level of fitness, nothing special. However one thing that really bothers me is . It never seemed to go away with the weight loss and it's really bugging me. Also I'm about 85kg and at 5ft 11in I could be doing with losing a few pounds! That being said, I've never had a real idea what do go for to lose the weight? When I do own fitness it tends to just be running which has always been favourite, I'm just looking for a few diet and exercise tips because in the next few months I should be on promotion course and the fitter you are the easier it is! Thanks a lot!

Assuming the stomach issues you're talking about are not loose skin from weight loss and perhaps a bit of lingering bulge, then you could try this.
Cut 10g carbs out of each meal and replace the calories with fat. The body should create a situation whre it cannot fulfill all it's carb energy needs and will have to find an alternative source to make up the deficeit which should be fat.
However because you would be maintaining calories, you shouldn't lose any muscle mass, as muscle mass burns an extra 45-50 calories per day per added ln, but conversely losing some could cause fat gain, because there would be less muscle to allow the previous scenario to work as well.
What you coud do is mix up the running a bit, so you could jog for 1 minute 50 seconds and then speed up a bit for 10 seconds and do that with every 2 minute time period that you run.
This will just prevent the heart getting into a steady rythmn, by giving it enough of an added burst, by speeding up for 10 seconds.
