Hi Everyone! I need some help and I hope someone can give me any guidance
I trying to lose some weight but is not happening! I start in January with 59kg (129.8 lbs) and right now I’m in 57.7 (126.9 lbs) but the thing is that this week I’m 700 gr (1.5 lbs) heavier than the week before. I do eat healthy and a time ago I did the same “diet” (well the same schedule of meals or so) and I did lose weight but this time is not happening… original weight was 54kg (118.8 lbs) I gain 5 kg (11 lbs) since September,(from September till December) all because I was doing a lot of bad stuff (I was drinking a lot of beer, eating bad, a long etc)…
meals are
-Breakfast 2/3 of oatmeal with 1/3 of almond milk (no sugar added). 3 eggs (white only)
-Mid morning snack: banana w/whey protein or strawberrys w/2 eggs (whole) or 60 gr of tuna
-Lunch: ½ brown rice or quinoa. + 120 gr chicken breast and a lot of veggies (broccoli, zucchini, carrots and beats, I now that this two are no the best, because even though they are veggies they have a high GI)
-Mid afternoon snack: 20 almonds and whey protein, or 2 eggs or tuna (if I eat the eggs in the morning, I eat the tuna or whey. And if I drink whey in the morning, I have the eggs or tuna)
-Dinner: Broccoli and Zucchini salad with ¼ Avocado and 60 gr tuna.
I also take GNC Fish Oil 1000 twice a day. Take calcium and Vitamin C daily. Im taking Rasperry Ketones (Hi-Tech Pharmaceuticals Raspberry Ketones) but I’m not feeling anything special with that. I do drink I cup of green tea before exercise and one more before breakfast. Sometimes I have another one in the afternoon. I did bought this product GNC GenetixHD™ META-IGNITE™ but I haven’t try it yet. Ahh I drink a lot of water (2 lts at least)
I do use salt in meals, sometimes a little more than I should. And some times I use a spoon of soy sauce or mustard in dinner salad. I use vinegar (balsamic) always in salad)…I also use some splenda in oatmeal, but that’s all.
The calories are between 1419 (fat: 42.27g, protein: 134.28g carbs: 131.35g) the day I eat the banana in morning snack and 1341 (fat: 36.81g, protein: 136.93g carbs: 117.89g) the day I have strawberries
As far as exercise I do 50 min of Kettlebells (I have an 8 kg one) with videos of Paul Katami and other trainers and 50-60 at least of stationary bike every morning (I work early so I have to do exercise from 5 Am till 8 tops). I use the bike almost without resistance because legs were getting bigger when I used resistance. Sometimes I add 20 min in a elliptical machine (that’s all the equipment the building I living have) I being doing this for the last week (the elliptical)…I do 2 hours of exercise, mostly with an empty stomach because I don’t have time to get up, eat and then wait to do exercise. On weekends I do only cardio, sometimes I get a day off but others no because I go out to a hike with family (nothing to heavy, just walking and having fun)…Some times I go with brother to walk the dog in the night and do some pull ups with assistance, but that’s no more than 20 min. The rest of the day I usually spend it in front a computer and I just get up to get water eat and going to the restroom.
I do get a day of in diet. But more than a day a meal or two tops.
I’m 37 years old and height is 167 cm. Last time I did this same routine (with other exercise, weights and Insanity) I did lost steady weight and inches around body every week, that was two years ago, but now... Maybe I’m getting old! I have lost cm around waist but nothing in the leg department. I feel a little bit stuck and I feel like im doing a lot of work (I now that everyone says that but I truly feel that way)
Ahh last week I up a little protein because was a little bit low. I need 1450 cals to lose weight (according to freedieting.com)
If anyone can give me a light I would appreciated …I don’t now if I have to wait or I’m doing something wrong this time! Should I take out the carrots and beats?
(Sorry for grammar but English is not first language)
Thanks for your responses!

Hopefully what I said might helpclementinax75 wrote: meals are

(Carrots are not high GI, they are low and beets are moderate, so that's not a major problem, espeically combining the two together, as cooking reduces carbohydrate anyway, wich would reduce glycaemic load and the carrots would reduce GI of the meal anyway combined with beets, so don't worry about it.
The meal seems fine)
-Mid afternoon snack: 20 almonds and whey protein, or 2 eggs or tuna (if I eat the eggs in the morning, I eat the tuna or whey. And if I drink whey in the morning, I have the eggs or tuna)
(The snack is too low Calories, have 40 almonds and the Whey, or have the 40 almonds and the Eggs, or 40 almonds and the Tuna, but limit Tuna intake to 3x a week as per erccomendations, due to metal consumption risks.)
-Dinner: Broccoli and Zucchini salad with ¼ Avocado and 60 gr tuna.
(Switch the Tuna for something else like chicken, Turkey, Beef etc, to avoid possible metal consumption issues I mentioned above.)
(Have another snack about 2-2.5 hours after Dinner to get more calories. Sedentary females need 1,800 calories and active females could have around 10%-20% more than that and you eating as many as you do right now, might reduce your nutrient intake a bit too much, particularly bone related nutrients and if your bones thin too much, they may become more intolerant to exercise increasing fracture risk.
Even something as simple as a small portion of nuts, with a portion of beans would suffice, or a small bowl of soup as examples.)

(I checked out the META-IGNITE and to be honest it might have some benefits, but it just looks like a novelty product that you don't need to spend money on, especially as there's no disclosure on the GNC site, about the test methods used to quantify the effectiveness of the product, plus some people may say it works in reviews, but unless they'd eaten a bad diet, not been active and just taken the product how would they know?
Getting results off better eating and doing exercise is a proven thing, so suddenly adding a "tri-pepper" formulated product into the mix and claiming it worked for you is a myth, because that's a guess not a proven conclusion by the user.
Also Calcium supplements are getting occasional bad press recently, as too much Calcium gets into the bloodstream and excessive Calcium can cause something called calcification, where the artieries an other tissues stiffen up and that could negatively affect bloodflow, plus too much Calcium can block Iron uptake, increasing anaemia risk and the Calcium might not get used properly without adequate Vit D consumption anyway.)
