New member looking to gain weight?
Hi. I'm Sara, and I'm 17 years old. I'm 5 feet tall, and I weight 97 pounds. I'm small genetically, because mother is smaller than I am. I struggle trying to gain weight. I eat constantly, and I rarely exercise. diet consists of Arby's food (where I work), other fast foods, chips, pop. I often have cravings for fruit and healthy things, and it just turns me off because I know it's going to keep tiny like I am. I really want to gain weight in hips, thighs, and butt, etc. I just want to have a more womanly figure, and I'm having troubles reaching goal. I don't know where to start, how to exercise, or how to eat for situation. I feel so lost and alone, because everyone else has the opposite problem as I do. I'm made fun of for not being curvy by the curvier girls, and just looking in the mirror bothers me, I feel like a skeleton. Any advice at all would be GREATLY appreciated.

This might be a good place to start, as you can do this at home using nothing but your own bodyweight. It's one I post quite a bit to others, so I'm sure you'll benefit from it.
Squats, 2 sets, 10 reps
Lunges, 2 sets, 10 reps
Good Mornings, 2 sets, 10 reps
Bent over Rows, 2 sets, 10 reps
Vertical Flyes, 2 sets, 10 reps
Shrugs, 2 sets, 10 reps
Planks 30 seconds.
You do this 3 times a week every other day.
As for the diet what foods do you eat and what times do you eat, as you were a little vague initially
