Hey,
I am creating a vitamin organization system tailored to athletes and would love to get your input on the following questions to see if this would be viable:
What vitamins/supplements do you take?
How do you store your vitamins/supplements?
How do you carry the vitamins/supplements?
Do you use ziplock bags for creatine or protein?
Where do you obtain your vitamins/supplements information?
Do you do any nutritional testing or assessment of your body?
Vitamins & Supplements

I take Beta Carotene 25000 IU every other day.
Multi Vitamin twice daily.
Quercetin.
Melatonin.
ZMA at night of course.
Hawaiian Spirulina once daily.
BCAAS before a workout and/or after.
Protein powder in the morning and after a workout. I use a ziplock bag for protein and BCAAs sometimes.
Ive obtained most of vitamin and supplement information from the resources available from working at the Vitamin Shoppe.

You might want to check out sticky post about multivits, as it may be useful to you in evaluating whether your multivit is actually living up to billing

Re: Vitamins & Supplements
Every day I take:
Super B complex
Omega 3,6,9 (Fish, Flax, Borage Oils)
2000-4000mg MSM
Vitamin C
Calcium with Vitamin D
Blend of herbs for women and reproductive organ health, helps promote healthy menses and normal hormone fluctuations
5mg of unflavored creatine monohydrate before workouts on weighlifting days
a whey/soy blend after workouts
2 tablets of acidolphilus before bed
casein protein before bed if I am hungry and
a natural sleep aid containing melatonin
I don't take a multivitamin because every one I have tried makes me sick, even the liquid gels. I haven't tried gummies or liquid, but I think I am sensitive to zinc and there seems to be more than enough zinc used as filler or something in most multis. I take the super B complex instead because it contains many of the vitamins I need without zinc and extra fillers. I have also found that hard caplet type calcium with vitamin D supplements make me sick as well, so I opt for the soft gel. I read up on supplements in old herb books I have, journals at the school library, women's fitness magazines, herb magazines, medical websites like webMd, ask doctors, or ask knowledgeable friends.

Re: Vitamins & Supplements
Zinc shouldn't be classed as a filler, as it is a stated ingredient on packages, so it will be an active ingredient.
The fillers you can get in multi-vits, are things like coal tar, grit and sawdust.
