Hi,
Few days ago I posted a topic asking about bicep workouts and why they werent growing. I got alot of good feedback and some exellent new exercises.
Today I meassured biceps and they are almost at 15 inches (last I meassured them they were @14 inches). I did not workout on biceps in 3 days so its not the case of me meassuring it right after I come back from the gym.
I do use lighter weights and I do more reps. I guess I just hit a plateau after doing the same exercises for almost 3 months.
I wanted to let you guys know about that and I wanted to thank everyone who participated and suggested I do something else.
Cheers and thank you.

No worries, but don't forget unless you put the effort in, and are willing to trust some peoples advice, and try to make it work for even a week, you can't make anything said on these boards, do anything for you, in the best ways.
So you have a right to feel good about what you achieve, and don't be afraid to give yourself a pat on the back, because when we as people earn that right, it's not big headed to once in a while, recognise what we achieve, and feel good about it, and I feel that boards like this, give you 1% of any results you get, and 99% of the rest is your input. That's personal opinion, and is in no way meant to undermine, belittle or detract from anybody who gives advice, here or anywhere else.
