Post by danny_lu »

Hi friends ,

name is Danny. I'm new in this site, and I'm very excited and happy to be here.

I have a Question for all of you :

Studies show that cooling the body core tempature during exercise,
increases the effectiveness of the activity.

Does anyone use or uses an object/device for
cooling the body tempature during physical activity
to enhance the effectiveness of the exercise ?

and if not , why not ?

I very appriciate an honest answer because I'm really want to know.

have a nice day : )

I had never heard that before.... if I see some useful tips, I'll def. try it out!

The only "cooling" tip I really use is drinking tons of water while I'm working out.

If you need someone to talk to about your weight loss journey, feel free to email me at [email protected]. I also send out a weekly newsletter with a bunch of nice fitness tips and tricks as well as deals and discounts on some fitness stuff that I get as a fitness instructor and extend to students as well as anyone I meet via out fitness endeavors.

I wish you the best of luck and hope you see great success with your fitness endeavors!

I'd be interested to see any studies, but apart from training near to a powerful fan or in a very air conditioned situation, or drinking a lot of cold water, or training in a very cold or snowy environment outdoors, I can't think of any other methods that would promote coolling during exercise.
