name is Danny. I'm new in this site,and I'm very excited and happy to be here.
I have a Question for all of you :
Studies show that cooling the body core tempature during exercise,
increases the effectiveness of the activity.
Does anyone use or uses an object/device for
cooling the body tempature during physical activity
to enhance the effectiveness of the exercise ?
and if not , why not ?
I very appriciate an honest answer because I'm really want to know.

I had never heard that before.... if I see some useful tips, I'll def. try it out!
The only "cooling" tip I really use is drinking tons of water while I'm working out.

I'd be interested to see any studies, but apart from training near to a powerful fan or in a very air conditioned situation, or drinking a lot of cold water, or training in a very cold or snowy environment outdoors, I can't think of any other methods that would promote coolling during exercise.
