Actually you weight 6 stone 10lb's. To be honest, I don't think you're fat at all.
Flesh based Protein sources, are not necessarily going to make you Fat. It depends on what they are.
Chicken won't as long as it's skinless. Sliced or Breast.
Turkey shouldn't either.
Ground Beef is another Lean source.
I think Veal isn't too bad either.
So are most if not all Fish sources.
Also some things like Bacon, and Pork / Lamb Chops, may contain a bit of Fat, but cutting the Bacon rind off and Grilling the Bacon, will reduce Fat amounts, also with Chops, cutting the fatty edges off, would also reduce content.
Same goes for some cuts of Steak. Trim the White slimey / Clammy bits, off those that have them, to cut Fat down.
So realistically, some Meats even though a little Fatty, can have their Fat reduced to some extent, and unless you eat some Flesh products, like they're going out of style, you're not going to get Fat off some, and those with slightly higher Fat content, won't make you bulbous, if you eat them once or twice a week.
The only ones to really be careful of to knowledge, are some domestic and Game Birds, Chicken and Turkey being the exception, but Goose is quite Fatty, I think Duck is too, and maybe things like Grouse, Pheasant, Pidgeon, etc etc.
I would say you could lose the 6lbs if you really need to, with current diet, and just sticking to good workouts (Weights / Cardio), and maintaining a good Water intake.
There are no foods that will make you "unfat", but limit those that do. Peanut butter as well as nuts and nut products are high fat and calorie, just limit portion sizes. Meats do not necessarily make you fat unless you're eating high fat cuts and large portions. Ground beef is generally high fat unless ground from a lean source. Avoid poultry skin, fried foods and above all, watch portion sizes.
No beans do not make you fat. Eating more calories than you can burn will make you put on weight. Beans are actually a very healthy choice. They are high fiber and low glycemic, very rich in nutrients.
It's not necessarily that certain foods make you gain or lose weight. Portions are more important. Your body will have an easier time losing weight if you eat healthy foods, but calories in versus calories out is a bigger factor.
