I am currently 4'11 and weigh 98 pounds, while goal weight is 91 pounds.
im on the speacial k diet. {lose 6 pounds in 2 weeks}
6.am i eat Speacial k cereal
12:15pm i eat some type of fruit usually{Apple,Grapes,Orange,Banana}
. a granola bar, or something from speacial k
.and some type of veggi, usually carrots.
around 2:30pm i eat fruit again-usually from those catagories.
and something from speacial k, or some type of oatmeal.
around 4:30, 5pm i eat a potatoe, or rice and chicken, and SOMETIMES another piece of fruit.
.i stop eating at 6.
is this good...tips PLEASE!
Let me know if this workout and diet is okay PLEASEEEE!!

Two things just for starters.
Eat another meal about 9AM, don't leave it 6 hours, or about 3 hours after that 6AM meal, your body will start using muscle for fuel, (Catabolism), and that's not good for you.
Also have another meal about 8PM. otherwise you're not getting any nutrition for about 10 hours until 6AM next morning.
Those are just two things that would help you better.
