There is a website called chunkypiranha.com that I recently found which has a guide with tips on how to lose weight. It's free to use and you can even email them for any help you want as the website is ran on a voluntary basis

Interesting, although it should bem mentioned that Protein is 4 calories per gram except Casein which is 8 calories per gram.
As for 3 versus 6 meals a day, I believe energy expenditure required in both circumstances is about equal, but from the practicality point of view and factoring in certain circumstances regards school life, work life and exercise habits, 5-6 meals a day is a better way of doing things.
