The best way to lose fat from foods is to not eat so many calories.
Dont reduce your calories too much or it can cause you to go into starvation mode then your body will store more fat which is not what you want. So if you find yourself being hungry eat more calories.
Try to eat 5 -6 meals a day that are spread out about 3 -4 hours.

Then go here to calculate your calorie deficit to see how long, or what your daily calorie deficit should be to reach your weight loss goal:
