ive been trying food after food..fruit, veggies?
could you tell me the top 5 best things to eat to lose weight fast.?.

The best way to lose fat from foods is to not eat so many calories.
Dont reduce your calories too much or it can cause you to go into starvation mode then your body will store more fat which is not what you want. So if you find yourself being hungry eat more calories.
Try to eat 5 -6 meals a day that are spread out about 3 -4 hours.

Then go here to calculate your calorie deficit to see how long, or what your daily calorie deficit should be to reach your weight loss goal:

And even if the foods are low in calories, doesn't mean you can eat any food you want. Try to cut back on carbs, and sugar, etc. Eat clean foods.
If you keep this up you will lose the fat you want to lose quickly.

Losing weight fast is not necessarily a good idea. If you lose weight fast you are more likely to gain it back. You are also likely to lose some precious muscle mass. You may slow down your metabolism, making future fat loss harder.
