I'm a 16 year old and I want to lose weight because I am not comfortable with the way body looks as of present and because body is this way I am not self confident doing many things in life. I want to lose weight and then add on muscle to body. The first pic is one of me currently and the second is the best representation i could find of how I want body to look. I am not disciplined enough to just work out everyday and do exercises I see or read. I need someone to help me achieve goal by really pushing me in exercises and in nutrition. I need someone who will do more than say "Hey just do some sit-ups and eat some fruit." I know I am asking for a lot and if someone would really want to help me I would be forever in their gratitude. I'm not a regular exerciser and I have a bench and pull up bar to use at house.
The biggest motivator is not someone else it's you. You need to find that person within and get them workign for you.
This site can give you support and tell you how to train and how to eat, up to a point, but you must find that added "X" that allows you to push yourself the most.
