Hi:
I feel bored of the gym since about 3 weeks ago. I tried changing workout, but finally, I was beated by laziness, and I have not exercised since last Wednesday.
I know it is wrong, but I do not find enough motivation. I used to try gaining weight, but now I think I got goal. I know I should still exercise for keeping it, but I think: "well, I do not have to do it so hard... just for keeping... it's ok missing one day... or two... or one week... or two...."
Thanks very much for your tips!

Simple bit of motivation. Do ou want to be old with a lot of problems, or old with little to no problems.
The more you don't train as much as you did and are still capable of the more your condition slides to a point where it's a lot harder to recover it, potentially never recovering it, when fighting age proves too hard.
Fighting age to keep what you achieve, is almost certainly better than fighting it to achieve more of what you once had.

grx,
Don't focus on how much exercise you're doing, but instead on the fact that you are doing it. Start small, just do even 1 set of body squats and 1 set of pushups a day, forget how many reps you did too. The point is that you're actually doing the exercise. Soon, in about 2-3 weeks, it becomes just as much a habit as brushing your teeth. Plus the shape you get into becomes addictive. Everything gets better from your mood to your stamina.
Good luck!
