In relation to Peanuts, there is evidence that sometimes Eastern grown may be more prone to mould and / or aflatoxins, so if you're concerned, eat western grown, otherwise make a free choice.
In relation to Cereal bars, be careful if they contain thigns like added Sugar, Syrup or HFCS, if so avoid them.
Some of those options like Celery sticks or Boiled Eggs as examples, obviously should not be considered as snacks in their own right, but components of snack options, but a bit of commonm sense will prevail when planning these things
