I think I overworked left forearm. Before, it was almost even with right forearm. Then I think the other day I overworked it. Now the difference in size is VERY noticeable, I can even actually FEEL that right forearm is bigger. I've let it rest for 2 days cause I heard that first your muscles need time to grow, and nothing has changed yet! i have been wearing long sleeved, baggy shirts to cover them up.
I read somewhere if you over work one of your muscles they shrink. is there any way to this? I would like to be able to wear slim fitting shirts and some t-shirts again without feeling insecure!
So is there anyway to this? should I go back to normal workout routine with forearms? I do not know what to do!
Might have over worked left forearm

Take a few days off and see how it pans out.
Also don't watse time isolating Forearms if you do. Thye cna be worked with things like Hammer Curls, E-Z Bar Curls, Reverse E-Z Bar Curls etc, so things like Wrist and Reverse Wrist Curls are a load of bollocks and a waste of time and can potentialy stress the joint.
