does that rice diet really work?
i herd eating only rice and like fish/ or chicken makes you loose wheight like.. ten pounds in one month. is that true? have you tried?

It is not very true, taking only rice with fish or chicken may help you in losing weight but it not a health way of reducing your weight. Having balanced diet is enough with few exercise and if you need you can go for natural nutritional supplements too. Taking only rice is not recommendable because you may become weak.

Theoretically it might, as Chicken, Rice and Fish contain protein, Rice has Carbs and Fish has Fatty Acids, but it's very limiting and one thing that would be limited would probably be B vitamins and Vitamin C as well, as none of those 3 things are very rich in C.

If you want C, you want things like Tomatos, Potato, Pink Guava, Grapefruit, Broccoli, Milk and Dairy, etc.

Frankly, having a more balanced intake would be preferable.
