Hi,first of all lemme introduce myself. I'm Hari and I'm from India...

problem is this..


I weighed almost 86 kgs 6 months before. I had undergone an operation (CSF Rhinorrhea) then and i was not allowed to exercise. So i started dieting. I gradually decreased food intake and after 3 months diet only included boiled oats with fruits/veggies 3x a day. After 6 months when i checked weight, i weighed 59 kgs! I'm really skinny now and can't take mind off dieting this way. I really need to bounce back from this problem. Please help me.

Rhinorrhea is a runny nose, but I assume by the way you described it it was more serious than that.

Presumably the operation you had, has not caused breathing abnormalities that may affect how you can exercise, or affect any aspects of your circulatory system.

As for the diet, could you post the meals you have and what times you have them, so we have some understanding of the structure to your eating.

Well,here's the plan

Oats+Fruits-7 am

Oats+Boiled vegetables-1:30pm

Various fruits-4 pm

Oats+fruits-7 pm

can i follow the diet chart posted by you with 45 mins walking or 30 mins stair climbing? as of now i cant exercise due to leg pain..i'll start from next week

Yes, though I'd limit those things to 3 days a week with a day off inbetween sessions, as I don't think you'd need more than that.

If you intended to add weights in there, you'd potentially do too much anyway if you had 5 or 6 days of Cardio, then added the weights in, so you could do the 3 days of Cardio for now and add the weights around it when you're physically able to.
