i have a hard time finding time, motivation, and energy!
I 23 and overweight, like everyone I want to loose weight I'm not happy with myself I'm in a hard place in life and I just want to be me again! I have nobody to work out with and if I do its consistance (however you spell it). I work graveyards I have a 4 year old son and husband is over weight too. I want to look hot and feel hot and wear jeans that I can wear on hips and not stomach, or jeans that fit legs that aren't so baggy cause body is so improportioned that I hagve to find pants that fit . I wasn't always big until I had child, when I got pregnant I blew up like you couldn't iimagine I went from a size 7 jean to a size 18. At 7 monthe pregnant. I gave birth and had already gained over 60 lbs! Wow it still amazes me.I just want to be in a size 7 again with flat tummy. Any advice on how to stay motivated and to find a proper amount of time to workout, I really wish I wasn't alone doing this?

Hi and welcome! You are not alone in this - now that you are here! I understand how hard it is to lose weight and to find the motivation for it when you work out alone, but it can be done, one day at a time, one good decision at a time.
When you have a child, your whole world changes, and it is easy to lose yourself and who you were before, getting so caught up in being "mommy", "wife", etc. - it's easy to put yourself last. BUT! In order to be a better mom and wife, friend and a better YOU in general you must make your health and fitness a priority.
Start with food. What you eat and how much will make or break your weight loss goals - I know this from experience!
There are lots of knowledgeable folks here who can help you with a smart, healthy eating plan - but first it would really help if you can list the foods you are eating now, and at what times you eat.
A balance diet of lean proteins, healthy fats, clean natural carbs is best. Stay away from pre-processed packaged boxed foods, frozen dinners, etc. Try to eat fresh fruits, steamed or raw veggies, lean grilled chicken, beef, whole grains.
Depending on your fitness level, try to incorporate some exercise into your day, at least 4 days a week to start.
Working out at home can be done in alot of ways from just walking in your neighborhood, or on a treadmill, to doing bodyweight exercises like modified pushups, jumping jacks, squats, lunges, dips, crunches, planks, etc., also workout videos can be a fun way to get exercise.
What are the chances of your husband working out and eating healthy with you? You could be each other's support and help each other to stay on track.
I found for myself that the best time to work out was in the morning before anyone else was up - no one needed me, no demands being placed on time - that is one suggestion.
Hope this helps!

Welcome!!
Lynne, the pretty lady above gave you some good advice.
As for me… a few things that keep me motivated.
1) A picture of a person I would like to look like and would aim for that... slowly but surely
2) Taking baby step and seeing progress (even if it's small)… not only scale weight but inches with measurements.
3) Most importantly and very helpful is support!!!
Have a community that will support you with your fitness goals.
Like this one.. LOL.. I post a lot of things here and I get encourgaments, advices, and lots and lots of great support!!!

Why not ask your husband to take running or a little walking every morning as a start of having a healthy lifestyle. This will also be a wonderful bonding time for both of you.
