I tore left rotators cup about 5 yrs ago doing a real heavy seated Arnold press. I never went to the doctor to get anything diagnosed, (I already new it hurt ).
Its really sore all the time and even has a few "clicking" and "popping" noises in it as i rotate it. Its not excruciating pain but it is definitely aggravating and I know its there.
When I do delts I hit them pretty hard and i just push threw it, should I not and get off butt and go get surgery to it or do I just keep pushing threw thinking
"if it hadnt totally blown out by now will it ever"?
work threw the pain?

Get it checked. If the problem is salvageable at all, to delay longer may close the window of opportunity for good.
Don't let something like this detract from the rest of your life if you can help it yeah
.
Good luck.

Hi,
Dear don't be late go to doctor as soon as possible.
If the problem is normal (but I think now you feel more hurt) then ok but it can be dangerous for you if it increase more.
Good Luck!

Definitely go get that checked out. Although surgery might be difficult working through the pain could cause a lot more problems. Good luck.
