Re: NEED HELP GETTING IN SHAPE FOR THE MARINES!!!!!!
What meals do you eat and what times do you eat?
Re: NEED HELP GETTING IN SHAPE FOR THE MARINES!!!!!!
generally i try to eat 5-6 small meals a day, which would consist of fish, chicken, tuna, vegetables, fruits, whole weat, nuts.....i just very recently started eating this way the and the times vary depending on work schedule
Re: NEED HELP GETTING IN SHAPE FOR THE MARINES!!!!!!
What I meant was can you break that down into some kind of daily plan, so I can see how it all pans out, because things like Chicken, Nuts, Fruit etc is all good and well, but I can't really see how things slot together at the moment.
Thanks.
Thanks.
Re: NEED HELP GETTING IN SHAPE FOR THE MARINES!!!!!!
well for example today i ate a small bowl of shredded wheat (with half of a banana) for breakfast with a half cup of skim milk, between then and lunch i ate a can of beans, lunch consisted of and sandwich with only turkey on 12 grain whole weat bread, the next snack i had 3 hard boiled eggs (no yoke) and for dinner im having skinless grilled chicken breasts with no skin and veggies....i hope i understood what you were asking and if not i apologize

(Give the Banana about 10-15 minutes to start digesting, so it's not impeded by the other food too much.
I'd include one of those boiled Eggs you eat later in here for more Protein)
between then and lunch i ate a can of beans
(Good enough)
lunch consisted of and sandwich with only turkey on 12 grain whole weat bread,
(Good enough)
the next snack i had 3 hard boiled eggs (no yoke)
(Have the remaining Eggs, but perhaps make a sandwich with them, or alternatively have other things instead like Low Fat Cheese, a sizeable portion of Peanuts, or perhaps some kind of Chicken and Rice microwave ready meal, Pea and Ham Soup, as examples.)
dinner im having skinless grilled chicken breasts with no skin and veggies
(good enough)
