Brief background.... i try to workout 5-7 days a week, usually in the mornings before work. If I go after work, I have noticed I start to feel faint sometimes. I aim to eat healthy the 5 days I am at work and might splurge on one day on the weekend.
But the other day I had yogurt and granola for breakfast, with a small protein shake. Some fruit for a snack, a salad with salmon for lunch and a granola bar for a snack with some nuts and more fruit before the gym. I could have ate more but I try to be healthy and not overdo it at work because I could munch all day. As soon as I got home from working out I felt like I needed to sit down or I might pass out. This has happened before once or twice and I am not sure if body is lacking something. I drink lots of water everyday, and rarely drink soda, no coffee. I had a test a few years back because I had actually almost fainted and blacked out and the doctor said it was probably just heat exhaustion. A year before that I even got a hypoglycemic test and that was negative as well. I thought the protein with nuts and healthy meats should cover what body needs to be fueled, should I just be eating more?
Feeling Faint/dizzy what should I be eating?

It may have been a slight lack of Carbs prior to working out. Evaluate the meal you ate before it, however close that was to the workout and consider another 10-20g Carbs in there and make sure you're hydrating with water properly in workouts just incase.
Sometimes you might hydrate enough, but if the temperature goes up a bit indoors, you might find you're hydrating below the bodies increased need, so be mindful of fluid intake and aslso during the day, you might be occasionally dipping below usual consumption levels.
Try not to worry too much about this yeah, I doubt it's anything serious
.
Good luck and be proud of your lifestyle choices, because you're doing the right things
