i dont always get time to workout at gym
due to football
so how much day should i workout ?
i am in the bulking stage

Minimum 3 days a week, with around 40-80 minutes of weights. 80 Should be a maximum length of time to avoid overtraining, though you'll probably find you don't spend that long.
Three days a week if you choose to do TBT, or a two body part split routine with 3 different splits. for 4 or 5 days a week you'd be using some kind of splits anyway.

if its football season then a bulking stage wont work at all
just aim to maintain your strength and muscle until the season's over then bulk

Days Per Week 3.This off-season football conditioning is advised to access your backbone and ability to accord you the bend on the football field. It's acceptable for guys that accept done some ablaze weight training before.
