I am a 29yr old weighing 84 kilos with a height of 5 feet 9 inches. Recently i started plans to reduce fat levels & build muscle. Since office is far away and i need to start from home by 7 O clock in the morning and reach home by 8 O clock in the evening, plans goes as given below.
Can anyone advice me whether this will work out for me?...Orelse please suggest alterations to Diet plan.
diet plan is as below:
Morning:
7.00 AM: 4 almonds, 2 egg white, 1 glass milk & small breakfast.
10.00 AM: Steamed soya beans or steamed horse gram.
Afternoon:
12.00 Noon: Steamed rice with veg curries or non-veg dishes.
3.00 PM: 5 Dates, 10-15 raisins, 1 walnut & 4 Pista.
Night:
9.00 PM: 4 chappatis with veg curry
9.30 PM: A fruit.
I am working out in gym for an hour between 8.00 PM - 9.00 PM.

Don't have rice instead go for chapatis. Rest things are ok.

Increase the 4 Almonds to 10 in the morning, as 4 is a pretty pointless number.
Get rid of the Dates and Raisins as they'e very Sugary. Increase the Pistachios to about 20 and the Walnuts to about 10.
Steamed Rice isnn't all that bad, just keep the portion reasonable. If you're having Veg you don't need anythign more tahn about 10-20g Rice Carbs in there anyway. The Vegetables will help to reudce the overall impact on Bloodsuga,r as they are much less impacting than Rice, so you can have Rice but just don't overdo it, especially if it's a regular thing.
Also what does this mean at the end?

What is a small Breakfast, or is that what you call the Egg Whites, Almonds and Milk?
