I lift 3x a week, long-term fitness goal is to cut 50-60 lbs (from 230)
With a vacation coming up I won't have any gym access, but will have plenty of time on hands where I can run and do other exercises.
Considering I won't be lifting the next 2 weeks I want to try and cut some weight, otherwise if I maintain weight I just picture myself just losing muscle mass.
I can jog/run just about every day I'm gone.
Ideally when I get back I start a lifting / weight cutting program to keep going down.
Any tips on how to approach the next 2 weeks?
