Im trying to bulk up right now. Could I get some ideas for a proper meal plan working towards that? Mostly help with the food selection and timing. Ive got a good understanding about protein, carbs and fat intake. Thanks

Give some idea of physical stats, weight, etc etc first. We only know your target, but not about your where you're at now.
