I tend to get hungry a lot at night, 3-4hrs after dinner. I eatdinner at 8 p.m. and sleep at 2-3 a.m. most nights. I clearly need a midnight meal, can someone please list me some of the things that I can eat & are fullfilling yet won't work toward fat gains, but help with muscle re-building.
please do not say protein shake or some meat stuff ( sick of the former, can't have the latter cooked at night...etc & SO don't fancy it.)

Any other form of protein will be okay as long as it's not meat! LOL. I jug down protein shakes like anything, they make me feel sick.
Is greek yogurt healthier than organic? Or both are Ok? Can I have something like cottage cheese with olives as well or is it too much? I mean about 50g of that with few chopped olives (no more than 6 pieces).

Thing is I don't know how to count the sodium. Not everything I eat has nutrition value. I think the max amount one have ave is 2400mg, right? For example I dont know how much sodium is in rice, grilled chicken, and stuff.
I do, though, tell the maid not to cook any of foods with salt. Not rice, not chicken, nothing at all. =S.

Also you can download something called Diets In Details. A simple to use, very good database of foods and will tell you about the Sodium content in individual foods and you can alter the portion sizes of foods, to get an accurate way of determining the Sodium content too.
