I wonder if I did light exercises like yoga + brisk walking in a mall would affect /muscle reading the next day in the morning? OR those are not going to affect? I did workout fullbdy today(sunday), have a light day tomorrow (monday), and would like to check bf% & 2 see if i made any muscle gains the day after (tuesday).
One thing I noticed, although im not fat, the ratio of muscle:fat is way off because muscles are NOW in the "normal" range. Why is it I can lift heavy, but have not made gains in weight (kgs/lbs)? bf% reading ends up being really high at times, although sounding unreasonable.
Will see how it goes on tuesday.
