Im new to this forum, but I see a lot of posts regarding a lack of motivation or consistency with diets/training. this is what I would recommend...
Get a diary, and write down any reasons why you would
like to improve your diet. Try not to make these reasons
superficial and more about what it could help you do in life.
Referring back to these reasons are good motivators when
the going gets tough.
Along with reasons, start making a food diary, making
note of what you eat each day, and the size of the portions.
This will give you an understanding of your eating habits
and problem areas. This is the easiest way to recognise
where changes need to be made, and puts you in control of
your diet again. Again looking back at the food diary after a
period of time you will be able to see the progress you've
made and the targets you've hit.
I give away diet plans and fitness plans, but even so a lot of people still struggle to stay on course and stick with what they plan!
Hopefully this will help some of you guys keep on track, and remember you wont see results immediately! It takes time to make real changes!
The main thing I would concentrate on is a consistent diet and easy fitness plan to slowly strip away FAT, otherwise if you rush you will only lose water weight which WILL come back!
Kind Regards
