I work a desk job & I don't sleep well so every morning I need coffee...that's where Starbucks comes in...
I go to the gym 3-4 times a week before work, for about 30-45 minutes depending on how tired I am in...
I am ALWAYS hungry, which I believe stems from boredom...I need some help in regards to a diet plan that's easy to follow & not a pain...such as food that doesn't need to be heated up or refrigerated...
