digesting nuts

I heard this on dr oz that nuts although high in fat, your body doesn't digest all the nuts completely. So it's not in high in fat as you think. Les or Boss or anyone else have you heard of that?

Good to know. I'm not a huge nut person anyways. Nutty maybe but i just like low salt peanuts mainly.

i don't watch dr oz hardly at all, i just happened to catch a part of his show the other day and saw that. Thanks for the info!
