Cardio DVDs

Post by Chuck_Rain »

Recently I bought a cardio DVD because it's a lot more convenient for me to exercise with a video than it is for me to try to take runs, or go out on walks. Does anyone have any recommendations for work-out DVDs?

Avoid ones that have some celebrity working out with a buff dude and saying it's their workout video.

No it isn't, it's someone elses video featuring them, because without the buff dude they probably wouldn't be able to do the video themselves, because most people like that are pretty clueless, that's why they often pay top dollar for some dudes know-how, because many celebs haven't got it.

The better types of basic cardio ones, are ones featuring qualified people, like people who demonstrate such things on TV shows, or ex-gladiator stars, or people with their own shows, that espouse credible advice.
