Hello Everyone!
Im loving this site and feeling very inspired. Question? I found out from this site that Caloric intake is 1600, what would a meal plan look like?
Here is an example of diet:
*4:30 -5:50am: Workout 20 min weight/cardio workout(Jillian Micheal 30 day sched) and 50mins of ashtanga yoga.
5:50am:
Cup of Shreddies with soy milk with a couple of blueberries, with a slice of rotissery chicken breast
8am: half of Egg Sandwich(2 eggs spinach, bell peppers, tomatoes)with one slice of %100 whole wheat bread, and cup fruit smoothie(soymilk, couple of fruits alittle bit of apple juice and 1 tsp of flaxseed)
11am: either 1 cup of yogurt with blueberries and grounded flax or pepper slices with hummas
2pm : Rotissery chicken with frozen broccoli and cauliflower
4pm : (Refer to 11am)
7pm: Any type of meat (chicken, shrimp, turkey) and salad. with a sweet treat(a cookie , popsicle)
I wanna know if it's too much or too little and any help would be much apperciated
what does a 1600 meal plan look like?
