So, I have been working out for about 6 years now and to be honest i didn't do so much of a progress that should have been done in six years of work out, cause working out seriously needs a hell of a budget to truly dedicate your self for mass building and staying lean.
anyways nowadays life is a a lot more steady than before after finishing college and having a good job, ill start dedicating self once more to body and reach goal with the shape I've always wanted which to gain 10 kilo grams of lean muscle.
i have a question that i never found a proper answer for, why everybody or most of them are always saying "whey protein whey protein whey protein and i hardly find someone who mentions amino acids tabs like Optimum 2222 Prolab's 2000 or like Twinlab amino fuel.???
does any one have the answer for it, besides its better and faster in digestions???

Simple preference. Amino Acid ones to some taste better, but they would stil benefit from some kind of Carb source to help synthesise the protein, otherwise there's little difference.

I'd reccomend either. I prefer Carb based shakes, but either will do. I don't think either rates better than the other, except that some shakes may have a taste problem for you.
If a shake does, then adding a bit of Honey, ground Ginger, ground Nutmeg, Cinnamon or Vanilla Essence, may improve things.
