Breathing Squats
As part of training today, I did a 5 Km run in 25 mins and followed it by a set of 275 x 20 squats and two sets each of 225 x 10, Then did 3 sets of pull ups and abs ...I am 43 and am not sure if these numbers are good ..I have targetted to do 300 x 20 by 01 Jan 2011 and then stay on this weight for sometime....Are any of you guys on a similar programme ??? Let me knwo yout thoughts
