Nitro Muscle Mass
I purchased Nitro Muscle Mass. It says it is all natural ingredients. Does anyone know if it is safe?

Re: Nitro Muscle Mass
That was not the question.
Re: Nitro Muscle Mass
I couldn't find any credible information to back up the efficacy. They only sell it on their wesbite, where presumably they can say anything, (which won't include a single negative comment probably), about their products efficacy, with the usual hype and "don't necessarily tell the whole truth" kind of marketing.
One site I visted, reviewed it, but the document's author remained totaly anonymous, so it could have been someone associated with the company, trying to subtly promote it, by writing the document in the third person. The access to the site and the free offer was still there, so without verification that the author was unbiased, or not a paid lacky from the company, I wasn't going to give the review a shred of creedence.
All this being said, it may or may not be safe, but any such things need to be assessed for safety, based on some of the following points.
1. Pre-exisitng medical condition.
2. Undiagnosed condition.
3. User taking medications currently or possibly in the future.
4. User drinking things like Alcohol or Caffeinated products, that may enhance or cause an undesirable physical effect, in conjuction with a supplement.
5. User being potentially allergic to any ingredients. The more ingredients, the more possible risk or anomelies assocaited with the product.
Side note: There is the possibility that some ingredients are in such poor amounts, they do diddly squat for you and the effects gained are resulting from 50% or less of the other ingredients, added in respectable amounts. Knowing what ingredients do is priceless healthwise, so NEVER take any supplement, when you don't know what the ingredients actually can do to you, as stated on an "unbiased" website. Never use any sites that sell or link to sites that sell for reviews, sites using reviews by unbiased individuals, stated as such, should contain warts and all reviews.
A couple of things I would suggest though
1. This post I wrote about how fancy pointless supplements can be marketed. It's third post on the list, followed by an explanation on what I wrote.
Spoof supplement post
A comment I wrote on here about why people don't need fancy supplements to get big. It's followed by some stuff I wrote about multi-vits
Mass Gaining observation
You might find both of these worthwhile reads dude

Re: Nitro Muscle Mass
So I ran this product by grandfather who is a pharmacist. He said based on the ingredients that it will give a large boost in energy if taken the right way. He also said that it will increase muscle endurance and aid in rapid muscle tissue repair.
Re: Nitro Muscle Mass
It may well do that yes, but it's still then becomes a point about why use it, if it's expensive and ultimately little better than chaper basic products?
A basic Whey and Carbs wouldn't seriously hinder your growth potential. Ultimately you'd be unlucky, if it even caused you to reach your end goal about 6 months later. You'd just be paying for something like Nitro Muscle Mass, that would become a costly product that eventually would give you nothing, except maybe a bit of an energy boost and a slightly bigger pump, once gains had ceased for good.
Then you'd have to ask yourself, would a small energy boost and a slightly bigger pump, be worth the added costs, once the mildly increased growth potential compared to the P + C, was no longer a factor?
I'm not saying don't use this product ever, or making you out to be some sort of fool, as you're not, but common sense tells me, there's no sane reason to use it, because it's not going to help you achieve anything, that 1960's and 70's, old style hard work and eating like a horse couldn't do and comparing those days, to having even a basic protein powder thesedays, you'd still be one up on the guys of yesteryear anyway.
Frankly you could save the added $$$ the Nitro will cost you, put it in your bank account, then when you're old and it's gained some decent interest on it, (in conjunction with other life savings), reap the benefits and be able to afford a little more food and heat every week, especially in the cold months
.
I'm sure there's a lot of old people would give anything, just for another $5-$10 more a week for food and a little more warmth at Christmas.
