ok this might sound funny..but does consuming 3 to 4 banana shakes a day help in gainin..muscle....

i weigh 64 kg and approx 5'7 nd im almost skinny at this point in time..:/
how much protien ,carbs nd other nutrients i need per day..per kg of weight..??
i want to knw the most effective workout routines nd combinations of working the body parts..fr eg..as ive been doin lats along with back..etc..
abt the bananas..where i live..havin 2 glasses of banana shake right after working out is quite common..nd so ive been doing the same..i wana knw is it good enough if i dnt get a protien shake?? if not..then what are other alternatives..?
ive got sooo many questions but i guess i'll stick to these for now...i'll be waiting for an experts answer...
