WHAT ROUTINE TO FOLLOW
I have been following a 5 day routine recommended by shapefit.com for the past two weeks.I desire a a six pack so Some of friends suggest that i should just workout abs for an hour so daily ... question is can I tone up body(abs as well) following <http://fittracker.shapefit.com/index.ph ... ut&wid=280> this routine or I have to have separate routine for abs as well.

Not too sure about the shapefit routine but getting abs are about a few things:
1) Healthy Diet - easily the most important (low fat, high protein)
2) Doing the proper exercises - just sit ups and cardio won't get you anywhere fast, mix it up and make sure some days you target upper abs, lower abs, obliques specifically.
3) Add variety to your routines - your abs will get used to doing the same routines and won't progress as fast if you do the same stuff at the gym everyday.
Get these down, and you should be making progress. You're not gonna look like "The Situation" in a week, but no one said it was easy.
