Hi,
I'm 21 yrs old, 5'3-5'4 ish, and I weigh 127 pounds. I feel like it's too much, even though I have a flat stomach. Based on the picture would you say I need to lose a few pounds, tone up, or what?
How much weight do I need to lose?

You look great, so don't be overly stressing about the weight or how you look.
It's all about the big picture. Don't think of it was what's on the outside, think about how you can help yourself to look good on the inside. Plenty of thin people live terrible lifestyles, think they look good, then end up prematurely aged by the time they're 40 / 45 and can end up with some stinky health problems.
Resistance training can encourage weight loss, not least because added muscle will help burn added calories.
Now I'm not talking about eating 4,000 calories a day and getting jacked on substances, I'm just talking about having a better composition and using your own natural genetics and resources to create something more.
You might find you look great with a 400m runners physique and it would be healthier than looking like a rake in a magazine.
This is entirely your choice about how to proceed and how to look, but the way you look, I wouldn't be overly concerned with it. You can simply adjust your diet to some extent and adpat, or start a training methodology, so you can manipulate your natural resources and genetics to create the desired effect.
It's not going to be easy, but it's not overly difficult either
.
I'm not sure why you're called Venom either, (don't worry I'm not prying), because you're not venomous, you're more like a little ray of sunshine, the way your face shines

Re: How much weight do I need to lose?
well thanks to both of you. I really appreciate the feedback. There is a lot of pressure in the media for girls age to be thin, so I am always confused. I eat super healthy and get tons of exercise, so I feel like I'm doing best. But I could do better I suppose!

Re: How much weight do I need to lose?
Screw the media. This is your life and health, the people in the media aren't necessarily going to be spotlight material when they're over 60, but then some of them could be so thin, they'll be dead by then.
The media often promotes ideals, without substance, so people who see this believe it's what must be, but have no knowledge of how it happens, because big stars often don't promote how they get like that, in full detail, as the people they worked with, may well not permit their methods being publicised, so some people choose to try and look thin the bad way.
I'd say don't ever become a slave to image, you're better than that, just remember to keep yourself looking beautiful on the inside, becasue you're so much more of a person than just a face

I think you have an amazing stomach... It is so rare where I live to find someone who is not obese... Even more rare to find a woman into eating healthy and working out. I don't think you need to lose weight at all.

Sweetie, you're gorgeous. You don't need to lose any weight. Just tone up if you want. But you look beautiful. :]
Re: How much weight do I need to lose?
ill be flat out honest,
you are thin, and have a great base for you to go to the gym and start hitting some moderately heavier weights.. and then you will have a even nicer scupted body..
its very nice right now i must say !
