Hey guys im new here. story is this i started going gym 6 months ago and after month of serious exercise i saw that body cant stand that much of exercise without taking some supplements i was hungry and tired all the time and results stopped ( one period i was even loosing weight). So i went to nutritional supplement seller and i asked for a simple things to start with like some protein powder that would help me recover post workout, ofc when he saw im new in this he started small talks and after 5 min he put at least 10 different thing on table in front of me and said i need all that FOR START. I said no thx and went to get advice of friends. They said that i should take mvp - weight gainer, so i took it and it was great i got 10 lbs in 4 months and whats most important i had energy to workout correctly.
Now im going for more serious thing and i was thinking of taking 3 things:
1) monohydrate creatine
2) whey protein
3) night protein i was taking >Dymatize Elite 12 Hour Protein> http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/dym/elite12.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
I would be really grateful if u could help me with arranging this:
1) is this 2 much of protein and powder to drink? im 6,3 and 183 lbs and goal is 205 lbs of pure bulk workout plan is gym 5 time a week.
2) if this is okay to take how should i take it and which products are best? i was drinking 2 doze of weight gainer pre workout and 2 doze post workout, and 1 doze of night protein before sleep, how should i combine this
3) this would be first time im taking creatine, friend got great results but i don't know about bad sides how much will i loose after i get off it and when can i permanently stop taking it?
Im sorry for spending your time with these questions that i could ask supplement seller but as i said on start i don't trust them and this site seems like great place to ask questions like this.TBH this is first time i got bold enough to actually write something on forum and i have been checking forums and exercise info from the time i started going to gym, its really great site with lot of good information and it kept me motivated in training. thx!

You can't permanently stop taking Creatine or you'll permanently lose the results almost for certain.
As you've already gotten somewhere, and you're not green around the gills at this, then Creatine would probably have some decent effect for you, but it might not. I won't advise against it, but heed that it might be a let down.
Forget night protein. Any protein can be a night protein. A basic Casein will work. occasionally some might experience a touch of bloating, but not much. Even Whey will give you around 3 hours of Anti-catabolic results.
You could mix a bit of something like Dextrose to the Casein and help it synthesise.
Also buy a basic Whey for after workouts, with some Carbs in. A good Whey is one with few ingredients. The ones with loads of ingredients, hyped up claims etc etc, are often expensive, pointless and are not capable of making one guy achieve natural mass, above and beyond that of another guy, except where he has natural limitations, based on body type, ability to produce hormones and those are nothting to do with choice of supplement, just how one persons body works in relation to someone elses.
Many supplements are full of ingredients that may have poor amounts and aren't worth the money, or are just plain pointless. So avoid them. A basic concentrate or isolate with Carbs will be fine.
