just wondering if thats too much running i would get there in 30 mins, do workout, then run back ?
so in total it would be 1 hour
or is that too much ?

Could be. It could affect your workout as well.
You could perhaps get there maybe by getting a bus perhaps, then running back afterwards, which might partly discourage stiffness and DOMS.
That way you're doing 30 minutes, which if done 3-4 times a week, shouldn't be an issue regards hypertrophy or maintenance of condition.

il try both then
i could bike but, feels like i got there too fast lol and the whole car issue slows me down, some times i dont even push self on the bike like i would running.

If your goal is to lose weight then it won't hurt you, but if you are trying to build or get stronger that much cardio that close to you workouts will hurt your lifting and make it harder to gain size. It's all about priorities.
